What Is It?
The Project Launch Program is expert guidance, materials, tools, data, and community to help you organize and move your project forward.
It's templates, workbooks, 1:1 calls, group calls, training courses, and a community of people doing the same thing (in their own way).
Who is It For?
This is for companies and individuals looking to build their dream building project, but realize that it's tricky to organize everything and they want to get real numbers on the table which we can use to make decisions. In particular at the beginning of projects, when there are so many questions to answer, and budget it limited.
Why Does It Exist?
I hear the same stories over and over; people looking for expert help organizing their business and building projects, and people frustrated with Architects drawing projects they can't afford, and feeling like it's not possible to bring their dream project to life. This program exists because there IS another way to do this.
